Built by the trade, for the trade
Meetboard started in Poole, Dorset, inside a working chauffeur firm.
A chauffeur firm in Dorset and a few partner firms were sharing one basic booking system. It took bookings, but it did not understand airport transfers, account customers, subcontracted drivers, flight delays or the records a licensed operator has to keep. So the work lived in notebooks, spreadsheets and group chats.
Meetboard is what we built instead: a board that runs the whole job, with a private database for every company, so firms can use the same software without ever seeing each other's business.
What we believe
