Acceptable use

A few simple rules so Meetboard stays fair and safe for everyone.

Last updated 16 October 2026. This page is written in plain English. It is a working draft that has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor, so please read it as our honest description of how we operate and ask us if anything is unclear.

You agree not to

  • Use Meetboard for anything illegal, or to run an unlicensed operation where a licence is required.
  • Try to see another company's information, or to get around the controls that keep companies apart.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written agreement. If you find a weakness, please tell us through the contact form.
  • Overload the service, or use scripts, bots or the public API in a way that goes beyond your plan's allowance.
  • Send unwanted marketing. You may email customers only if they have said yes, and you must honour every unsubscribe.
  • Upload or send anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Share logins between people. Each person should have their own.
  • Resell or white-label Meetboard itself without our written agreement. (Passing a job to a partner firm, including under their name, is a normal feature.)

What happens if the rules are broken

For small problems we will contact you and ask you to put it right. For serious or repeated problems, or where there is a risk to other companies, we may pause or end an account, as set out in the terms of service.
