Plain answers about how data is kept apart, who can see it, and what we do (and do not do) with it.
When you join, Meetboard creates a separate database just for your company. Your bookings, drivers, prices and customers are never in the same database as another firm's. Only server code can open it; it is never reachable from a browser.
Your Stripe key, Google key and the address of your database are encrypted before they are stored. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach Meetboard.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sessions and API keys are stored as hashes too. Repeated wrong passwords lock the account for a while. Logging in again after a password change signs out your other devices.
All actions, whether done by a person, the driver page, the AI or the API, go through one permissioned layer that checks who is allowed and writes an audit log.
Cancellations, refunds, complaints and payments to drivers always need a person to approve, whatever the AI is allowed to do. Drivers can move only their own jobs.
Customer data is shared only with named service providers under contract and is never used to train outside AI models. AI is off until you switch it on.
