How it works

From sign-up to your first booking in an afternoon

No installation, no consultants. You set up the things only you know: your vehicles, your airports and your prices.

Getting started

Ask for your account

Tell us about your firm. We check your request and set you up, usually within one working day. You get 14 days free.

We build your private database

Your company gets its own database and a login for you as the owner. Nothing in it is shared with any other firm.

Work through the checklist

Add the standard vehicle types and your country's main airports with one click each, then your prices, your drivers and your vehicles. The board walks you through it.

Take your first booking

Book a job in the office, send the page to a driver, and watch it move from accepted to complete. Invite your team when you are ready.

A day on the board

Evening beforeThe daily job sheet arrives by email: tomorrow's jobs for the office and each driver's own list. A second email at night catches anything booked late.
Early morningDrivers open their page, accept the job and tap “on my way”. The office sees it on the board.
ArrivalsFlights are watched. If one is late the board suggests a new pick-up time and a person decides.
During the dayNew bookings come in by phone, your booking page, or a hotel's system. Prices come from your price list, or you price a one-off by hand.
End of weekDriver statements are worked out, account invoices are raised, and the records are ready to export whenever your licensing authority asks.

What you keep control of

  • Every feature is a switch for your company, and new features arrive switched off
  • Who can do what: owner, office, accountant, driver, group dispatcher
  • How much the AI may do in each area, from nothing at all to automatic
  • How long records are kept, and which charges pass through to the customer
